Unplanned network downtime 18 March 2013 6PM-9PM.


 

Dear customers!

Due to network failure on the upstream network provider side, some of our webhosting services were unavailable between 6 - 9PM on 18 March. The outage affected shared hosting customers for almost the whole period of time. Our VPS customers were affected only a few times for short periods between 8-9PM.

This outage has also affected RedyHost website and support portal from 8-9PM.

As a short-term solution we switched our network to the fail-over upstream link, but due to all pending traffic and the failover link bandwidth limitation the network was reported to be slow.

As of 9PM 18 March all services were restored.
