On 21 May our cPanel server (my.redyhost.net.au) went down due to hardware failure. The downtime affected web site delivery and some email deliveryThe downtime period was from 9:30PM to 0:30AM on 22 May, though most of the web services were being recovered until around 6AM on 22 May.
As of 10AM on 22 May most of the services have been restored.
Affected customers
Customers hosted on my.redyhost.net.au were affected. No VPS customers were affected by this outage.

- Restoring RVSiteBulder setup
- Restore Softaculous setup
